Waitlist Etiquette

  • If you are on the waitlist for a class, our system will automatically add you to the class if a spot becomes available up to 1 hour before the scheduled class time. You will receive an email notifying you that you’ve been added to the class. You are in the class regardless of whether you reply to the email. The standard 12-hour cancellation policy will apply once you’ve been added, regardless of what time you were added.
  • You will not be automatically added into a class if you do not have an available credit in your account. If a spot becomes available and you do not have a credit, the spot will go to the next client on the list. You will receive an email notifying you that the system was unable to add you.
  • If you anticipate that you will not be able to attend the class and have not yet been added, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
  • Use caution when joining multiple waitlists for the same day. You may be added to more than one class and will lose your credit if you cancel within 12 hours of the class.
