bio

Movement has been an integral part of my life since childhood. With a background in ballet and dance from an early age, discovering Pilates felt like a natural extension of my movement journey. I was initially drawn to Pilates as a way to alleviate pain caused by scoliosis and postural imbalances. Through a consistent practice, I’ve been able to eliminate pain, experience greater freedom of movement, achieve optimal spinal alignment, and feel my best—both physically and mentally.

As a mother, Pilates supported me in staying strong throughout pregnancy, preparing for childbirth, and recovering postpartum.

My goal as an instructor is to empower clients to progress in their practice, find joy in movement, and cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body.
