Dance and fitness have always been integral parts of my life. I grew up as a dancer and went on to major in musical theater and dance in college. It was there that I was first introduced to Pilates by one of my dance professors—and I immediately fell in love with the way it made me feel. That same period also marked the beginning of my journey as a group fitness instructor.

After college, I toured nationally and internationally with Rugrats Live! and Blue’s Clues Live!, performing for audiences around the world. Between and after tours, I lived in New York City, teaching a wide range of fitness classes at several well-known clubs.

When I decided to take a pause from my performing career, I moved back to Long Island and continued teaching group fitness—eventually owning and operating a boutique fitness studio. After returning to local theater performances, I found myself craving a way to care for my body so I could keep dancing the way I wanted to. That’s when I reconnected with Pilates on a deeper level.

Alongside my work as a life and mindset coach, I’ve come to appreciate even more how essential it is for people to realize the incredible potential of both their minds and bodies. Teaching Pilates allows me to merge all of my passions: movement, performance, coaching, and empowerment.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Flow Pilates East team and look forward to helping others move, feel, and live better through this powerful practice.
